Shipping Information
Every piece ships from our gallery in Lānaʻi City, on the island of Lānaʻi.
Shipping schedule. Once your order is received and processed, most items ship and arrive in about 1 to 3 weeks. Please allow extra time for custom orders, large pieces and commissions.
How we ship. We ship mainly by UPS Ground and use USPS for smaller items. If you’d like a different carrier or need your order expedited, choose “Pick up” at checkout and we’ll contact you with a shipping quote, charged separately.
Shipping rates. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total. For some pieces, especially large or oddly shaped ones, that calculation may not match the actual cost. If your shipping charge doesn’t look right, choose “Pick up” at checkout and we’ll send you an exact quote.
Local pickup. Pickup is free at the gallery, 443 Seventh Street, Lānaʻi City. Orders are usually ready within 2 to 4 days, and we’ll email you when yours is ready. For small items, please call us at 808-565-7122, as they may be ready right away. We’re open Tuesday through Sunday, 10am to 5pm, or by appointment.
Address issues. Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, you’re responsible for the fees to reship it, and we won’t refund or credit the cost of the original shipment.
International orders. Choose “International Shipping – Quoted & Billed Separately” at checkout, and we’ll contact you with a shipping quote and bill it separately. International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees and taxes. If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, fees or taxes charged on the package, and the cost of returning it.
Currency. All prices and final charges are in US dollars. Any currency exchange costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
