Please contact us through our contact form or call 808-565-7122 right away if there is any discrepancy with your order. If you are not satisfied in any way with art from Deep Hawaii Art Gallery, you may exchange or return it within 7 days of the date of purchase for gallery sales, or within 7 days of receiving the art for internet orders. You will receive a credit for the cost of the purchased item after it has been inspected for return to our inventory. Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer pays return shipping unless the error was ours.
If you receive items you believe were damaged in shipping, please take photos of the items and the packaging so we can properly document it.
Return Authorization
You must contact us through our contact form before shipping a return to receive instructions and authorization.
Damaged Returns
We gladly accept returns that follow the guidelines above. Artwork is delicate, so please take great care to make sure items are returned undamaged. If we receive a damaged return that we can’t re-enter into our inventory, we can offer store credit for 50% of the purchase price.
We suggest insuring all return shipments to avoid damaged-in-transit losses. Please reuse the original packing materials if possible.
