"This beautiful blue goatfish (Parupeneus cyclostomus) is known as Moano ’ukali ulua in Hawaiian and Moana kali locally. This one was speared by our friend Kaulana, off the coast of Lana’i with a perfect kill shot! These goatfish often cruise around the sea floor in “hunting parties” which can include eels, jacks and other species of fish.
