This necklace was created after finding a beautiful Auger shell here on Lanaʻi, then carefully cutting down and sanding two sides to reveal the beautiful center structure.

Each piece of jewelry I create starts with finding an empty shell underwater or on the beaches here in Hawaii.  I do not harm marine life in the process and only take empty shells.  I then clean, cut, and/or drill them to create these final products.  I love showing people the beauty of the remnants of marine life from the inside out.
