Shipping Information

We are happy to ship anywhere worldwide! International rates will apply to anywhere outside of the United States.
 

Domestic Shipping: We work as quickly as we can to get pieces shipped out; however, if we need to send our gyotaku original pieces to get printed then we have to mail them to Maui, HI (a different island!). Sometimes, this can cause a delay in shipping. We try our very best to get orders filled within 7-14 business days (and often times with jewelry pieces, it is quicker than this!). If there is a priority on an order, please let us know and we will try and fill it sooner. Thank you for understanding!

 

International Shipping: For all international rates, please see our check out rates to obtain the most up-to-date information on getting our products to you. Similarly, we will try and fill orders within 7-14 business days. If there is a priority on an order, please let us know and we will try and fill it sooner. Thank you very much for supporting us from afar!

 

 

Return and Exchange Policy

We hope all our customers are happy with their purchases and truly thank you for supporting us! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange within the first 30 days of receiving the product. Please let us know if you are unhappy with a product so we can help you prepare for a return with a FULL refund or if you'd like an exchange for a difference piece. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 

Returns or Exchanges: All returned items/exchanges must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached. 
 

Return Process: To return or exchange an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and ship the package using a trackable source (ex: FedEx, UPS, USPS) and mail your return back. Please notify us once it has been shipped so we can keep our eye out for it.


Refunds and Exchanges: 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the day we receive your product to process this request. We will email you once this is done.
