This 200 lb Marlin Tail was created after landing this huge fish on a charter fishing trip off of Lāna‘i that I personally captained!  Blue Marlin (Makaira mazara) are one of the top game fish sought after by anglers.  They can often be found near schools of tuna feeding on them.  Many fisherman use live tuna as bait, but this beast was caught with only a lure.  Many fishermen keep Marlin Tails as a trophy (similar to keeping antlers of a deer.) So I decided to commemorate this catch by printing this massive tail!  This fish fed several families including  my own!
